Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nexflow platform. By signing up for Nexflow, you agree to these terms.
The service
Nexflow provides a managed operations platform for home-service businesses. Specific plan entitlements are described on our Pricing page and in your order form.
Term and renewal
Subscriptions run month-to-month following your initial setup unless you select an annual term in your order form. Month-to-month subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
Payment
The setup fee is due at signing. Monthly fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you; if payment remains unresolved for 10 days, we may suspend access until the account is brought current.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice through your account or by contacting us directly. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are not prorated for a cancellation that takes effect mid-cycle.
Your responsibilities
- Providing accurate information when setting up your account.
- Using the platform in compliance with applicable law in your jurisdiction, including consent and recording requirements for any communications you send through the platform.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Usage and fair use
No plan includes unlimited usage unless explicitly stated in your order form. Usage-based costs (such as communications volume) may apply as those capabilities become available, and we will notify you before any new usage-based charge applies to your account.
Data on termination
Upon cancellation, data export, reactivation, and deletion timing are handled according to the applicable customer agreement and order form. Contact us if you need an export or have a specific deletion request.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material change affecting existing customers before it takes effect.
