About Nexflow

Home-service operations shouldn't be this fragmented

Most home-service businesses run on a patchwork of phone systems, spreadsheets, texts, and whatever CRM happened to be free at the time. Nexflow exists to replace that patchwork with one connected system.

A diverse team in a business meeting

The problem we're solving

A missed call, a lead that never gets a follow-up, a job that falls through the cracks between scheduling and dispatch — these aren't rare events for home-service businesses. They're the default outcome of running operations across disconnected tools that were never designed to talk to each other. The cost isn't abstract: it's real jobs going to competitors who happened to respond faster.

Our approach

Nexflow is being built as one connected operating platform — communications, CRM, scheduling, and revenue operations in a single system, rather than a collection of point solutions duct-taped together. We're building it in stages, shipping what's real, and being explicit about what's still in development.

Our product philosophy

We don't build technology simply because it's possible to automate something. Every capability we ship needs to move one of a few real outcomes: more booked jobs, faster response times, fewer missed opportunities, better follow-up, reduced administrative work, or clearer operational visibility. Automation that doesn't move one of those outcomes is a gimmick, not a feature.

Customer-first, not AI-first

AI is one of the technologies that makes Nexflow's automation possible — it is not the point of the product. We'd rather talk about booked jobs and recovered revenue than about the underlying model. If a capability isn't live yet, we'll say so plainly rather than market around it.

Careers

We're not actively hiring publicly right now. As Nexflow grows, we'll list real, current openings here — not before.
